Space Description
The Fit Your Mind Studio is located on the lower ground floor of the building and offers a calm, private environment for various activities, including yoga, Pilates, personal training, dance, martial arts, and other wellness and fitness practices. The space is equipped with private bathrooms and a shower exclusively for clients, ensuring comfort and privacy.

Space Usage Rules and Guidelines
Food and Beverages:
- Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed.
- Alcohol consumption is not permitted.
- Cooking or food preparation is not allowed on the premises.
Available Furniture:
- Tables: 2 units (dining and cocktail tables).
- Chairs: 4 units (benches and dining chairs).
Bathroom and Facilities:
- 2 toilets and 1 shower.
- Accessible toilets and a nursing/parent room.
Audio and Video Equipment:
- 2 microphones available.
- Sound equipment with Bluetooth connection.
- Amplified music, DJs, and live music are allowed, provided noise levels are reduced by 21:00.
Event Restrictions:
- The space is not available for 21st birthday parties, after-parties, album releases, hen/stag parties, concerts, themed parties, or sports event viewings.
- Large events require hired security. Ticketed events are allowed.
Operating Hours:
- Monday to Sunday: 07:00 – 22:00.
- Flexible hours available upon request.
Health and Safety Rules:
- Clients are required to leave the space clean and organised, with furniture and equipment returned to their original positions, all lights and equipment turned off, and doors locked upon departure.
- Enhanced cleaning measures include regular disinfection, particularly of high-touch surfaces. Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed.
- The space is professionally cleaned between bookings by a licensed cleaner.
Provided Equipment for All Guests:
- Disinfectant wipes, spray, and paper towels.
- Hand sanitiser station.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made up to 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund, including all fees.
- Cancellations between 7 days and 24 hours before the event are eligible for a 50% refund, excluding fees.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable.
